
Stress is often a factor in the development of long term sickness. Nowadays, majority of the students are facing unreasonable amount of schoolwork and examination to be done over a short period of time. Eventually the students will suffered from insomnia, hot temper and loss of appetite. Furthermore stress can affect our concentration. Things can easily go wrong when we are under stress.
As a conclusion, stress can extremely damaging to our health. Therefore we should have a healthy plan to reduce the stress and maintain healthy lifestyle.
